Not receiving the money after a PayPal Case?

Hello!

A Customer opened a Chargeback Case against my company over 3 Months ago and it has finally been resolved. The case was worth £50 and was decided in our favour. However, after waiting a couple days we have noticed that PayPal still have not refunded us the money. 

 

Is there anyway that we can resolve this and get the money back? This has never happened to us before so we are rather confused on why we have not received the money even though we won the case.
