Someone is using my card and I’m I’m going into debt because of it and I don’t know what to do. I thought as a 13 year old I would know how to stop hackers but I don’t and I keep getting charged and everytime I go in my PayPal my password is changed I don’t know hat to do and PayPal said they are taking 13.78 and I don’t have any money
