My PayPal Got Limited

Well at First I Got a mail from paypal saying My paypal got limited for not following User Agreements...

I receive Payments From my Fans, as I am a YouTuber, Influencer and Streamer. I also got sponsored from many Companys so I get Paid via them. How does it mean that I have Not Followed the rules?

Even If some Chargebacks me I immediately refund then Cause I Don't want to make the Case Longer. So Far only 3 Cases... Well some of my friends receive 9-11 Cases every month.

I am Small Time Creator, Creating a limitation on my Account is not FAIR!

Please contact customer service for assistance and have them appeal your case, if they refuse to reinstate your account there's not much you can do, PayPal has right to discontinue service to you if they feel your account is a risk.

Log on, click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
