I recently closed a PayPal account, that I had issues verifying.I had already linked my mpesa with that account. I opened another account but it can't allow me to link my mpesa since I had linked it with the previous account. I have emailed paypal but my responses are from bot and it so frustrating because it can't resolve my issue
