Money gone, no item, PayPal won’t help

I ordered a case on February 10, 2020 to this day I haven’t received it, got PayPal opened a case, they closed the case, still no money back, no case and PayPal won’t help, I tried contacting Spectrscases with several emails and through WhatsApp and have gotten nowhere, now every time I call into PayPal it’s closed and can’t talk to a human!! What can I do??

Did you open a dispute for non receipt of item?

Did you escalate to a claim?

Did the seller provide a tracking number?
