Mail and push notifications issue

Since almost one week we have two distinct issues with both push and mail notifications for payments:

- for any payment we do receive e-mail notifications but with several hours of delay (this happen since 4-5 days)

- for any payment we do not receive push notifications anymore (this happen from almost 1 week or more can't say exactly

 

Fortunately IPN goes smoothly and we can manage everything through them.
Any suggestion?
