My accounted was frozen an limitations were set now it's up an I can finally access account but it wont let me add any new cards anther old cards on file no longer have. So now I can't access .oney again says repeatedly card is on another acct which it is not and wont take any others an the phones noone has been available to talk for 3days I'm frustrated
