Got money for a job sent to PayPal and they had it in hold until I contacted the sender she got that fixed now my money is in account but they got a limited amount on my account only thing I can do is add money. I can't transfer my money to my card been trying 3dsys now you can't speak to anyone and the help center says they'll get an agent to assist me I've waited 2 days on that no response u don't know what to do to get my money on my card. I need that money badly
