When I received or looked like it was advertised, I immediately contacted and accepted the return but to an address in china and only via UPS (80 €) or DHL (78 €).
Well planned business, so no one returns anything, all purchase values are lower than the cost of shipping. Paypal has confirmed that it was entitled to return as per seller conditions, this only protects a part, the swindling seller.
