We're currently only use PP for Ebay orders and we're just looking at setting up paypal for a few of our customers schemes.
How do people identify which customer the payment comes from as our reporting is only giving me eBay or website?
We download the activity each day into a spreadsheet for our CST to raise the orders but we need to be able to ID which accounts those orders are for, so how do other people do this please?
