IPN issues

Hi.
I have a Paypal Business Account, and we recently set up IPN which seems to work fine. The issue that I am having, however, is that my Paypal account is linked to several email addresses.

 

When the payment from a client comes from through the main email address, then all is fine. However, when the payment comes through a secondary address, then even though the IPN is trying to send notification of the payment, our systems doesn't register it.

It seems that Paypal is directing it through either of these 2 email accounts at random, as we only issue the one address, the main one, for payments. Is there a way to tell Paypal to always use the first address?
