We are receiving IPNs from Paypal - however Paypal thinks we are not receiving them as 1) It keeps sending us email warnings and 2) Paypal keeps retrying so we receive a notification from them every few seconds. What is happening that we are not communicating back to Paypal to tell them we have received it?
