IPN Message not including settings change

Hi All,

 

I have 2 customers whose payments are not getting through to my WHMCS install.

 

The first earns a 404 error because the callback URL is http:// not https:// despite having changed it in the IPN settings

The second is getting a 406 error as the Language encoding didn't match. I've changed the setting but the message still sends itself with the old encoding.

 

Why aren't the IPN messages being updated with the new settings??
