We are receiving "Canceled_Reversal" notification events when a dispute is closed, for both situations when is resolved in the seller's or buyer favor.
But unlikely what is stated in this page, https://www.paypal.com/si/smarthelp/article/how-do-i-use-ipn-to-track-complaints-or-chargebacks-ts13... the notification content is exactly the same for both situations, i.e, we cannot use the gross value sign in order to decide if was resolved in seller's or buyer's favor.
Any ideas on how can we achieve this?
