I need to submit a payment history but i need payment break down with card type used got any ideas?

I am trying to find a way to get a payment history for 6 monthbut i need it to include what type of card was used

Create a report:

Report > Activity Download

Select Transaction type, date range, customize report fields, and report format.

There are report fields that's for payment type and stuff so look for those and select them to be included in the report. It lets you expand report field categories for you to select the report field and it's data you want on the report.
