I'm a bit frustrated. I purchased a book from the UK. It was on June 20th, 2018 and I still have not received it. I e-mailed the seller (Who is part of a company) and he has not returned my message. Pay-pal says it cannot find the transaction, etc. I know it is real, as it was deducted from my account and I have Receipt number and an Invoice ID number. I also have the individuals name and e-mail address. How can I resolve this issue?
