i'm having an issue with my account. Some transactions are posting and taking money from both paypal balances and my bank account but paypal only sees one transaction. Best way to resolve this issue no direct email to discuss with someone. Called them and person was of no help or service. How to complain to see what this technical issue is. it got to be related coding or transactional errors. over 39 transactions this month. taking $ from paypal balances and my bank account. Any ideas?
