How to appear in PayPal charity association list

Hello, I've just created a business account on PayPal, it is a non profit organisation. But my charity association does not appear in the charity associations of Paypal in the donation tab. What should I do for this ? I created a business account on PayPal and gmail, I have already fulfilled all the requested informations.

I would suggest to please contact our PayPal Customer service via link - https://www.paypal.com/id/smarthelp/home (then choose at the bottom one of the contact methods - email or phone) who should be able to help you regarding the request.

They will be able to assist you further as they are specially trained to address this type of account inquiry.
