Help us to check Recurring Payment failure using IPN simulator

Hi,

I need to check my listener script for Recurring Payment failure case.

https://developer.paypal.com/developer/ipnSimulator/ - In this URL they don't give the option to check recurring payment failure using Send IPN.

I can't test this case using sandbox buyer account with zero balance. So please let me know how to test it.
