I received the below from PayPal after a transaction last night ---
Please check your server that handles PayPal Instant Payment Notifications (IPN). IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:
https://www.risenorthamerica.com/paypal/ipn/
If you do not recognize this URL, you may be using a service provider that is using IPN on your behalf. Please contact your service provider with the above information. If this problem continues, IPNs may be disabled for your account.
Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue.
I reached out to our service provider SITE GROUND and they say they do NOT block any IPN's --- tossed it back to PayPal --- Well let me say PayPal needs some serious competition --- as there is no way of getting in contact with them - nor issuing a work ticket -- NOTHING ---
So I ask the community if anyone would have any advice for me --- Our company website is www.RISENorthAmerica.com and it is Magento based ----
