I filed a ticket for an order that was 2 months ago, and the seller sent a message that it was still on the way and to give it another 7 to 15 days. Since the order was from china, I gave them the benefit of that time and let the ticket expire. Now it has been that amount of time, and still no order, the ticket is closed and considered delivered. I can't open a new complain because PayPal considers it closed, I tried to file a new ticket, but the system just sends me back to the finished and closed. There is no contact link I can use to contact the seller either!
