Glitch with PayPal's site, no one to contact, no one responding to email, no one answerig calls

No one responding to emails & no one answering phone, please HELP!!

There's a glitch on PayPal site that's preventing me from using my account.

At log in I have to click on ‘Identity Confirmation Dashboard’ I answered all possible questions correctly.

There’s one category left to answer called ‘Officer Information’
I click that, then it asks to ‘Provide Info’
I click that & your next page is totally blank, there is nothing there, nowhere to type to provide more information. That’s as far as I can get. I can't use account until the steps are complete.

Can you or someone over-ride this glitch & get my account working again?

What has to happen at your end to fix this issue?
