Hi everyone, My purchase is showing up in my email but not showing up on my PayPal account - I think it is because I did not officially activate my account until now. I bought $50 worth of stuff from a company and I never received my order. I went to my email and pulled their website up and it is no longer active. I am now seeing trustpilot reviews saying all bad reviews that the company did not exist and they never shipped anything out. My account my charged by PayPal. How can I file a claim if my purchase is not showing up in my physical account? Thankfully I have proof in my email that I have purchased things from this fake company through PayPal. Ugh - there is a first time for everything ! Thanks for your help in advance!
