We use Smartetailing for our e-commerce site. Orders come through with successful payment notifications EXCEPT when a customer uses PayPal.
We receive erroneous "Payment Failure" notifications, even though simultaneously receiving a "Congratulations on your Sale! You have received Payment successfully" email from PayPal.
Our CSR at Smartetailing has looked into this a few times, but all is in order on their end and recommended I contact PayPal.
Does anyone else use Smartetailing or another platform and keeps receiving these incorrect notifications?
