I received a email from Pay-Pal Ltd saying someone accessed my account last night with a new I Phone 6 (Indonesia) device. Then I received another email of a invoice using my paypal account to buy items. BUT I don't have Paypal to shop with. I use it for my billing.
Is this a scam email?

It's possibly a spoof. Two ways to check - login to your account via your web browser - never use any links in emails. If you don't see any transaction notices or changes in your financial info, that's a good thing as nothing has happened. As for the email, look at the email address domain and wording in the email, grammar, salutation, spelling, etc. If any of these are questionable, it's most likely a spoof.
* Forward the entire email to: spoof@paypal.com.
* Do not alter the subject line or forward the message as an attachment.
* Delete the suspicious email from your inbox.
* Never click on any links within the email or open any attachments.
