Either my app or account is glitching hardcore...

I seriously need help its been like this since i started using the app it says I'm identified and then 1 minute later it says im not...what's going on?? Please help really annoying

Restart your device or switch on and off your wifi/data connection as bad, unstable, weak signal can interfere with performance. Or delete app and reinstall.
