DISGRACE OF A COMPANY

I am writing to you to complain about my account limitation which I think is an absolutely joke. The police have notified us this shouldn’t be held and are looking into this. The payment you are holding is a win from a casino which you can clearly see £4000 went into the account it was a casino win. You have no rights to hold the payment unless a customer had purchased something which they DID NOT. We have been told we don’t have to wait 180 days for the payment because it is my OWN money no one else’s your terms and conditions clearly states you have the right to hold any payments that have gone into the account when someone has purchased something. No one has purchased anything the only thing and only payment that has ever gone into that account is a casino WIN. We have been notified if the full payment isn’t returned to us within 24 hours we can INFACT take you to court. We have read up on your reviews And it seems you’ve done this to a lot of people. Do you get a thrill out of scamming people, your meant to keep people’s money safe not steal it. This payment need to be in the bank within 24 hours that is joint to the PayPal account or we will see you in Court. Also your customer service staff are rude and we was told to **bleep** off. Which is disgusting language all your calls are meant to be monitored also. “**bleep** if we are working in a pandemic unlike you wait 180 days for your payment” then the phone was put down if your calls was recorded like you say you can see this for yourself This is disgusting behaviour from a company that’s meant to be good.
