Credit Card Payment doesnt goes through with error from consumers

Hi, I've feedback from multiple consumers that they got the message that things dont appear to be working at the moment during the payment via credit card. This message pop up right after the keyed in the credit card detail and confirm payment. Some consumers had to resort to use paypal account to pay directly instead of the credit card option which they usually did.

 

Please kindly advise what's the reason and solution for it.
