I am SO angry with you I may never use PayPal again. There is NO Way I am allowed to respond to the offer made in my claim. The message line is closed. The phone customer service is closed. There is no place were I can respond in the claims screens. I do not understand why PayPay is allowing the thermometer company to make me pay for the Overseas return postage when I received the wrong product in the first place! I do not to know how to tell them this!
