I got negative account for some reason but to cut the long story short i got it paid and made the "add money" via online banking transfer 3 times higher the negative amount. 4 days later, again paypal made a direct debit to my bank account of the same negative amount I had before though it was already paid. Is that normal? Or did they have a tech problems? How do I get the amount back o my bank account? Thanks
