Please try to uninstall the PayPal Here app, restart your device to completely remove the app, and then reinstall the app. This should resolve the issue. If you do still encounter this issue after a reinstall, please submit a ticket to our Technical Support team via www.paypal.com/mts and include the type of device, your operating system version and the app version.
