Can't add my VISA bank account to a PayPal account. Why??????

I'm from Bahrain. I cancelled my PayPal account, by mistake, and my VISA bank account was still there held. I then created another PayPal account and attempted to add my VISA bank account again and it cannot be added. So I think its stuck or something. Any help here would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

You should have removed it before closing your previous account.

If you don't it can't be linked to your new account.

You would need to contact customer services and see if they can help you remove it from your other account.
