5 days ago, i enrolled a friend's bank account to my paypal and sent her money direct ro her bank account but until now she doesnt receive it. Is it possible to refund the money i sent to her bank account?

Firstly its against paypal rules to add another persons funding source to your paypal account and can lead to your paypal account being limited.

Secondly if the name on the bank account does not exactly match the name on the paypal account then any transfer may fail.

Hopefully it should bounce back to your paypal account balance, allow 14 working days and if no show contact customer services for a trace.
