My girlfriend has had her acct frozen due to unusual activity. If take out pizza and gas are unusual then we have an issue. She went to pay some bills and cant get into her acct. Paypal wants to see bank statements. She has no bank that she uses. How can we get this cleared up? Can not speak to a live human being at paypal do to long wait times.
