During yesterday evening I got an e-mail saying my password has been changed and not long after 2 transactions were made. 1 of 200$ and one of 400$ for some fashion things. I did report these unauthorized transactions but my account got a limited unauthorized access and I don't know how, but this mode closed all my reports as denied. I managed to get access back but I couldn't open a report again. I called them and the guy said he sent it over to a team and I don't have to do anything else for 4 days max. The thing is I can't see any progression or anything in the resolution center about it. I will wait and see , but having to wait over a lost 600$ is really stressful and paypal closing the cases because I put my account under unauthorized access isn't a smart move because that is actually why I opened the cases.
