Well I didn't understand why PayPal close my account even just used it's once in my whole life. When PayPal said " we send you small transactions so please verify it but reality is that I didn't receive any transaction till date it's about a year ago . When I opened my account after one year so what I get it " sorry you no longer to use PayPal" is this reputated company I wouldn't believe.
