3 fraud transactions paid by PayPal

Two transaction were denied to help solve by PayPal and one is in process. Please help How I can appeal and recover my lost money?

All 3 cases I did pass through Resolution Center. 2 they denied. One still didn't know. I will appeal by sending letters to address they provide to me. Thx
