The sum of $29.25 was withdrew from my account by paypal upon choosing a preferred online payment. $1.97 was repeatedly taken from my account while I was trying to conform this process. The said amount was taken from taken from my account about 15 times which is $29.25 total. I was told it would be refunded back about 2-3 business day. I need more explanation for this. Thanks
