I have an online shop and the customers are receiving the following message when trying to make a payment through paypal:
"We aren't able to process your payment using your PayPal account at this time. Please go back to merchant and try using a different payment method"
What might cause this issue?

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
