Hi all, Using zoho ecommerce as my online store. I configure PayPal as my payment gateway with my correct PayPal Id. But when making payment I get bthe error "things don't appear to be working at the moment. please try again later.". Zoho has informed me that it's a issue on pay pal side

Merchant can't perform self-payments, If you’re trying to perform LIVE payments, please process the payment via valid card which is not linked to your PayPal Business account or from a different LIVE PayPal account. Also, contact the respective bank to check the card status.

 

If you are still experiencing issues, please create an MTS ticket via the following URL - https://www.paypal-support.com/s/?language=en_US . Please ensure that you provide detailed information and error details when submitting the ticket.
