I am trying to withdraw money from my Paypal account to my South African FNB account linked to my Paypal. I have been trying to withdraw funds according to the bank's prompts. However, when I am directed to the Paypal account I receive a message saying that the merchant does not accept my verified bank account's card, yet the card is still valid and only expires next year. Please kindly advise on what I am doing wrong.
