Hi, 

I'm using a plugin called Easy Digital Downloads on wordpress in order to sell digital services. I've used my API client username and password as well as enabled my identity token. Yet, I keep seeing the following error :

Can anyone please help? I've looked at several threads on the topic but they are not directly solving my problem, and the FAQ's section also looks like it has been moved around, so I can't access previous solutions.
