We have a website which is built on woocomerce. Recently, we've encountered an issue related to the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, which we use to facilitate PayPal payments on our site.
Over the past two days, some of our customers have reported difficulties while attempting to make payments through PayPal. The specific problem they're encountering is that, despite the deduction of payment from their PayPal accounts, our website is not redirecting them to the customary "Thank You" page. After investigating our logs, we've identified the following error message: "ERROR Webhook verification failed."
As a result of this issue, our customers are unable to complete their payments via PayPal. Instead, when they opt for PayPal as their payment method, our website redirects them back to the checkout page and displays the error message: "You are currently paying with PayPal. Choose another payment method." Given the urgency of this matter, we kindly request your prompt attention and assistance in resolving this PayPal payment issue.
