guy says he hasn't received a payment i sent him. i had purchased an item from ebay and needed to pay him additional shipping. does he need to somehow go in his account and claim the money? i ask because he said the same thing about ebay and ebay says the money is waiting for him and that he just needs to go into his account and claim it or contact ebay. is it something similar with paypal possibly?
