hi i linked my paypal with my credit card then i sent money without paying attention that i have to confirm the card first so i sent the money to the card then i don't receive anything to my bank account

Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
