made a puchase and quicky found out its a scam what do I do now?

I made an online purchase on vemwear.com and quickly figured out that its a scam by reading the website reviews. Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do now ? Th e amount of people that have been scammed by this website is unbelievable.. Plus the only way to purchase on this website is through paypal ... I know Im not alone on this issue. Any help will be appreciated.

So I purchased a cage from this website. Actually I did by accident I was trying to see what the shipping options were when it went straight to purchase instead of allowing me to review my cart and information. Once I realized that I made the purchase I quickly found out that the website was a scam. Have you had any luck in resolving this matter and if so what did you do? I tried to dispute by making an unauthorized transaction but of course PayPal denied it.
