item_name not showing in payment notification to merchant

I am new here and just tested LIVE today the new Merchant account.

AT this stage, I nominated my own email address (webmaster@...) as the payment notification

So, I received the notification - but it only includes - who paid and how much - not what they paid for

The setup is for a charity organisation and has only 2 "Products" - Membership or Donation

What am I missing?
