I got mail update a few days back to changes in that PayPal regarding security update, So I changed the sandbox payment URL from https://www.sandbox.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr to https://ipnpb.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr after the change I got that encypted_cross_dispatch error. I referred some site they suggested a solution like please change Ipnpb URL to sandbox.paypal.com. I got confused, which update is correct whether Ipnpb or sandbox.paypal.com? IfIpnpb means why I got that encrypted_cross_dispatch error? I referred this Link, this one suggests like Ipnpb is correct. I checked in HTTP site is that problem? Please clarify this.
