i try to make payment in my wordpress website

using paypal button with credit card without paypal account as a buyer but it give me error " EXISTING_ACCOUNT_RESTRICTED " and i can not contact the customer service and i donot see any error in my account please help me

Thank you for asking your question in our Community. 

I understand that you get an error when you test your website. For any issues with the website you can contact us here. Sometimes you are able to test your website using your real own account. It would be better to set up a test environment called sandbox.  You can find information on that in the above link as well.
