how to add a button not working for me

I use to do this but cannot do that process?

Here's how to add a button to your website:

1. Go to PayPal Payment Buttons.
2. Select a button type to create. 
3. Enter the item name and price, and click Create Button.
4. Click Select Code.
5. Copy and paste the button code into your web page code.
6. This new button will appear on the "My Saved Buttons" page.

Log on.

Go to Business Tools > Accept Payments > Show All > PayPal Buttons > Get Started

Are you not seeing the old Buy Now, Add To Cart, Subscribe, Automatic Billing buttons. Just the New Features buttons?
